Rebecca Russell

On the job, Rebecca loves being a resource and creating order out of chaos. She wears many hats on the team, all in service of getting everyone to the finish line while upholding the highest standards of representation. Though there are countless fun things about her role on the Maisonest Properties team, her absolute favorite is pairing beautiful pots with *just the right plants* to put the finishing touches on the outdoor space of a listing.

 

In and out of work, she seeks endless growth opportunities. This can mean so many things – taking risk management classes at the office, getting a real estate license, or learning from tradespeople on a job site. Outside of real estate, Rebecca goes out of her way to grow in as many ways as possible – training to hike Half Dome, taking evening classes at the local college, and reading books about fermentation and permaculture. And that was just this last year! Someone might tell her to calm down if they didn’t know better.

 

 After business hours, you’ll find Rebecca doing nearly anything outside – hiking, bike riding, gardening, or simply sitting to enjoy a little rain. That, or cooking a big pot of soup – a true passion!
